Mrs Thomas is the Nurse Manager and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She is responsible for all nurses and healthcare assistants working in the practice. She will be happy to help you if you have any difficulties in this area of your healthcare.

Our business manager is responsible for all administrative and business issues within the practice. He will be happy to assist you with any non-medical aspects of your health care.

Administration

You may contact our practice secretary concerning queries over hospital referrals, private referrals and to arrange insurance medical examinations. Tel: 01495 301210 (option 5).

Reception

We have two receptionist who deal with repeat prescriptions and eight receptionists who should be contacted for appointments, arranging urgent consultations or home visits and any general enquiries.

Community Midwives

Antenatal care is provided by the midwife

Community Nurses

Attached staff include the community nurses who provide nursing treatments and advice to the house bound, and patients recently discharged for hospital. Tel: 01495 353033

Health Visitors

Our health visitor is available to help with health matters relating to the under 5's, such as feeding difficulties, vaccinations. hearing problems etc. She can also help with health advice for the elderly. Tel: 01495 350893
