HOW DO I REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE ? 
When you register as a new patient you will be invited to attend for a short consultation with a practice nurse. It is important that we know about relevant medical history while we await receipt of your medical records from your previous GP. This consultation completes your registration with this practice.
You can register with a GP of your choice within the practice but as we are a group practice this does not however guarantee that you always see the doctor of your choice.
